Some rooms may also have cleanliness issues, like bad smells in the hallways or questionable bathroom conditions. Overall, the location feels somewhat unsafe, as warned by locals.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Standard room and found the hotel surprisingly clean, especially given the bustling atmosphere outside. The house-keeping staff were wonderful and made sure our belongings felt secure. Plus, it was so close to the metro, making it easy to explore the area!

I had a pleasant stay at Capital O Andrade, Mexico City. The staff were quite welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was a great help in planning my days of exploration. The location was fantastic, being close to public transport, allowing me easy access to local attractions.

Lacked air conditioning.

The room was clean and stylish, which I appreciated. The curtains helped with the light, although I totally lost track of time because of jetlag. It was comfortable overall, but I really missed having air conditioning. The area outside was a bit noisy at times, so I kept the windows closed to avoid street sounds.
